Over 20 years of experience in the management of business processes and in bringing investments that ensure profitability of commercial, production and research companies in oil & gas and agro-industrial spheres in Ukraine and other countries.

2001-2011: Director for Development at Vikoil Ltd, a geophysical service company specializing in providing geological exploration services to Ukrainian and foreign oil and gas companies. He established a geophysical service branch at the company and a center for processing, interpretation and modeling of seismic data, and managed 2D and 3D geophysical projects in Ukraine, Yemen and Russia.

Participated in public procurements for geological modeling and scientific research in the fields of geology and geophysics. Has implemented ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Holder of the PhD degree in law (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) and diploma of higher education in economics (Kyiv National University of Economics).

Over 15 years of experience in the management of oil and gas production companies, providing geological exploration services to Ukrainian and foreign oil and gas production companies, and export and import of oil and gas production equipment. Vikoil Ltd General Director in 2005-2011. Managed numerous investment projects in Ukraine, participated in the establishment of branches and representative offices in Yemen and Ethiopia, helped establish efficient business relationships with foreign partners. Has higher education in engineering (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) and economics (Kyiv School of Management, field of specialization: marketing and foreign economic activity).

Over 20 years of experience in financial control, planning and budgeting, financial and tax accounting. Has higher education in economics (Kemerovo Institute of Food Industry).

Almost 10 years of experience in the management of one of the largest companies in food industry in the Donetsk Oblast. 6 years of experience as a senior official at Ukraine’s public institutions. Has higher education in engineering (Donetsk Polytechnic Institute) and economics (Donetsk State Academy of Administration), PhD in Technology, Meritorious Worker of Industry of Ukraine.
